DESIGN OBJECTIVES
• The renovation of KGPA Golfer’s
Terrace aims to revitalize the space,
providing the community with a fresh
and memorable experience during
their recreational and social activities.

• We are reconfiguring the entire
Golf Terrace area to enhance the
community experience, improving both
the circulation flow and the layout.
• We plan to extend the outdoor
area along the building, transforming
the existing Golfer’s Terrace into new
outdoor spaces that meet current
needs and optimize views.

• The introduction of a new membrane
structure canopy roofing, supported by
a concrete floor base, and the inclusion
of soft landscaping in the outdoor area
are designed to effectively meet the
client’s requirements.
