PROJECT SIZE : 3100SQFT (INDOOR) + 1200SQFT (OUTDOOR)

This project entails a tender bid for the Design & Build
Proposal for the Upgrading Works of “The Golfers Terrace”
at Kelab Golf Perkhidmatan Awam Malaysia (KGPA),
situated in Jalan Damansara, Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.
The objective is to improve the recreational and social
experiences for the community, club members, and guests.

During the tender process, participants needed to
submit their design and build proposals within thirty days
of the tender briefing. After reviewing the existing site,
my team efficiently prepared and submitted a detailed
tender document to the committee in just two weeks.

Our proposed design, “Refined Classic Modern,” highlights
the natural surroundings while blending in elements of luxury
and functionality. The proposal suggests a redesign of the
existing space and the addition of an outdoor area to better
serve the growing number of club members and guests.

The construction plan for the dining platform includes using a REFINED CLASSIC MODERN
concrete block foundation supported by stumps and topped
with innovative membrane canopy roofing. This outdoor addition
is thoughtfully designed to provide golfers with easy access for The Refined Modern Classic concept is defined by its clean lines, natural elements, and understated elegance, all underscored
short breaks during their rounds. Additionally, we have compiled by functional design. Adhering to minimalist principles, it features neutral tones and sparse decorations. Wood is a predominant
material in this style, celebrated for its natural grains and rich tones.
