In 2017, my company was appointed as an interior design consultant
to design Puncak Semangat Contact Centre located at Wisma Amtec,
Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The client is a company wholly owned by the Al
Bukhary Group, one of the largest conglomerates in Malaysia, with many
colossal subsidiariess’ contact centers to be centralized at this project site.

The design and build project of Puncak Semangats’ new centralized
contact center requires my company to plan the design concept,
produce a schematic design, 3D design visualization, prepare a
work program, and build of quantities for a tender process. At the
same time, I was obliged to spearhead the project as a resident
consultant throughout the tender and construction phases.

The design concept was “active contemporary hipster,” The facilities
consist of 120 contact centers’ workstations, a cafeteria, a game
area, a town hall, a training room, a lounge, and a locker section.

During project commencement, numerous meetings were held with the CHIC SCANDINAVIAN
