This project was undertaken as part of the Destination
Perak Head Office tender contract package in
2014, located in the lobby of Casuarina Hotel @
Meru in Ipoh, spanning a 746-square-foot area.

The site was designated to function as Perak State’s one-
stop tourism information center, primarily serving inbound
hotel guests and tourists, both business and leisure travelers.

Given the limited space, the design was crafted with
a modern and contemporary approach. We chose
a slightly dark wall color palette to convey a sense of
trustworthiness in business services, complemented by
warm white downlights to create a soothing ambiance,
and natural wooden textures to foster lively interactions
between visitors and Destination Perak representatives.

Custom-made furniture and fittings were produced at
our fabrication factory in Kuala Lumpur and transported
to the site for installation. The project was completed
within one month, followed by a month dedicated to
addressing any defects.
