•Challenges Addressed:
- Infrastructure Damage: Remediation of significant
damage to electrical wiring and carpets due to water
leakage, and infestations by rats and cockroaches.
- Infestation Control: Engaged pest control specialists
to effectively resolve severe infestation issues within
one week.
- Logistics and Worker Welfare: Managing logistics and
welfare for workers commuting from a temporary base
in Meru, Ipoh, Perak added complexities in supervision
and increased expenses.
•Restoration Efforts:
- Site Clearance: Dedicated one month to demolition,
debris removal, and sorting reusable materials as part
of cost-saving measures requested by the owner.
- Electrical and Air Conditioning: Successfully repaired
and relocated the main electrical distribution and air
conditioning fan coil units.
•Renovation Details:
- Duration: Committed to a three-month completion
timeline as set by the property owner.
- Custom Furniture and Fittings: Engaged with manu-
facturers for customized furniture, which required an
extended production timeline.
- Working Hours: Operations conducted from 7 PM to
5 AM to minimize disruption.
•Team Composition:
- Demolition & Renovation Team: 10 workers
- Electrical Team: 5 workers
- Carpentry Team: 5 workers (On-Site Installation) & 5
Workers (Fabrication)

- Installation of tinted films, aluminium frame partitions
