walls. Warm lighting in common areas creates
a calming atmosphere. The training center
features advanced air conditioning with
ceiling cassettes and wall-mounted units (1.0
to 3.5 Horsepower), tailored to specific space
requirements using precise BTU calculations.

Windows throughout are fitted with 65% UV-
blocking solar film to mitigate heat and sunlight.
Flooring includes durable vinyl tiles in marble and
wood textures in common areas, and premium
carpet tiles elsewhere. Custom-designed filing
and kitchen cabinets optimize space in offices
and the cafeteria, complemented by an array
of loose furniture like workstations, lounge
sofas, and coffee tables, ensuring functionality
and comfort throughout the facility.
