leisure. Essential operational functions are addressed with a pantry for refreshments and a server room for IT infrastructure. Safety and accessibility are ensured through
an exposed staircase and a backdoor emergency exit. This layout efficiently balances functional utility with a dynamic work environment, making it ideal for a range of
