MR. ALIF & MRS. NADIRA RESIDENCE

PROJECT SIZE : 980 SQFT

Mr. Aliff and Mrs. Nadira’s residence is a design and build
project with a total build-up of 980 square feet. This strata
unit, a serviced apartment, is located at Emporis, Persiaran
Surian, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

The choice of a Modern Scandinavian design concept was an
excellent decision, and the collaboration with suppliers, the carpenter’s
workshop, and skilled workers went seamlessly. After thorough
discussions with the client, we finalized the design layout, color scheme,
furniture design, circulation flow, and overall functionality. The entire
process, from design to handover, was completed in about one month.

Carpentry work included custom-built cabinets, ranging from
room wardrobes to kitchen cabinets, and wainscoting features.
We applied wainscoting and a soft wall paint tone to enhance
the aesthetic appeal of the walls. Full-height chromic glass mirrors
were installed in select areas to create a more spacious effect.
11 For the flooring, SPC tiles were laid in a herringbone pattern.

The lighting installation included track lights, a chandelier, and
9-inch LED square downlights with a warm light temperature.

In terms of Mechanical & Electrical work, we upgraded the electrical
distribution board fuses and installed several concealed electrical
wirings for additional plug points and devices such as chandelier lights, a
water heater system, an electric kitchen stove, and a kitchen exhaust fan.
